The Seiko Presage Cocktail Time HCB001J1 “Emerald Mist” is inspired by a clear, blue cocktail: whisky meets fruity liqueur and citrus, accompanied by fresh notes of mint. The cool, clear effect of the drink is reflected in the exceptional color scheme of the dial.
The textured surface is inspired by crushed ice and appears to move with every touch. Light catches different areas of the texture, making the dial appear different depending on the viewing angle. A newly introduced color gradient, with a particular focus in the upper area of the dial, further enhances this effect.
Design and character
The dial ranges from vibrant blue to luminous turquoise. Striking, wedge-shaped indices and precisely crafted hands lend the watch the characteristic elegance of the Presage Cocktail Time collection.
The slim stainless steel case is paired with a multi-row stainless steel bracelet. The bracelet's design has been reworked for this model: it is slimmer, sits closer to the wrist, and ensures a pleasantly lightweight feel. Thus, the HCB001J1 combines the elegant character of a dress watch with excellent everyday wearability.
